Who We Are: D U A L Project Management Services LLC is a young and full-growing Project and
Construction Management company providing an International proactive hands-on approach to
managing projects. We bring our clients the assurance of delivering projects on time, within
budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What We Do: For all Projects, the critical requirement is to ascertain the Client's exact
requirements, budgetary parameters and their time constraints. D U A L ensures that its
Management Team and support staff know these requirements and work together with the Client
to create solutions.
History of D U A L Project Management Services LLC
D U A L Project Management Services LLC was formed in 2019 to specifically bring Project and
Construction Management within international standards to the United Arab Emirates. Staffed by
Personnel with local and international experience, D U A L has undertaken three big projects for a
variety of local and multinational blue-chip companies, and has been managing MEP Sub-
contractor in these multi-million dollar projects.

The D U A L Team is led by two Senior Partners who provide strategic advice and direction, as well as being the final point of accountability for
D U A L delivery. Partners monitor off and on-site project activities, and ensure that D U A L quality and management standards are maintained in all projects. They both participate as Senior Managers in any given project and are responsible for the day-to-day management of any project in terms of client liaison as required, and having responsibility for delivery of the projects.
